Use PDF-LIB fork

Original PDF-LIB project has been abandoned for 4 years. It's time to move on. There are 3 active forks of PDF-LIB now.

1. Fork by DenkiYagi: moved to using fontkit 2. V2 modernizes fontkit to drop Node-specific dependencies.
2. Fork by Cantoo: improves SVG related code.
3. Fork by PDFme: fixes Japanese and Chinese fonts related bug.

But all of them are modified to satisfy specific use cases. Thus, these are slow moving and doesn't have any guarantee of future support.

The best course of action would be to maintain a fork of PDF-LIB by yourself. First, merge relevant pull requests from the original repo. Then, add improvements from the forks.
